Considering that I squeeze fruit juices, especially oranges and limes, into more of my beers than most people, it's no surprise that I love this beer. I have never been a fan of Bud Light and I assumed this was Budweiser's way of cutting into Corona's profits, but I was willing to give this beer a chance - and I'm glad I did. HEAVY on the lime, this beer is light and refreshing when served cold and in my opinion beats Landshark, Miller Chill, and Corona (with a fresh lime wedge) hands down. I could drink this all day, especially at its 4.2 ABV. This brew has a strong presence of lime from the moment you open the bottle. It's in the aroma, it's in the first taste, and it's in the aftertaste. I've found it very refreshing on our hot SC summer days. With that said, this beer also has a rare additional characteristic - it's the only "mass-produced" beer I've found that actually tastes good warm, too. Try it. :)

Okay I know this is a lite lager but serve red at the ball park. In a ice cold metal bottle this is some good stuff. Goes great with peanuts and hot dogs. But some how just doesn't taste as good out of a glass bottle.

Pours a pale golden color. Smell is strong of limes. Taste is mild, limes, more flavor than many light beers. Overall I would not want a steady diet of it, but not bad.

Pours a pee pale yellow, with a medium sized white head, dispates quickly leaving little lacing. The aroma was like a Sprite and I don't like Sprite. The taste, again, like a Sprite, only diet, and that had been watered down with melted ice. The feel was appropriately light, but way way way too watery. Wow, this sucks. I'd take a Corona Light with lime any day of the week over this.

You know ... I thought I was going to vomit trying this beer but it was, in fact, surprisingly refreshing! It tastes like alcoholic sprite, but, I'm okay with this. It was a great poolside brew. Is it good, yep, it sure is ... in the proper situation of course. At the end of the day it's still an extract mess that looks like piss. But, like I said, this beer has a purpose!

A pale yellow colored ‘beer’ with a small soapy textured white head rising briefly above. There’s no hang time on this one. Settles quickly leaving a thin soapy ringlet. I get lime in the nose. And that lime works pretty well to make this far better than it’s cousin, Bud Light. Still not something I’d buy on my own, but certainly a thirst quencher in a ligh, nearly watery, high carbonated ‘beer’. .

I used to grab a beer like this to tick away the ratings, but in this case, I was at NASCAR for the first time w/ my boy, and I ran out of Dale’s Pale’s. Well, BL Lime was really the best next option. Now I’ve gotta rate it to ensure a legendary association with a unique event for me. Rating is pretty simple, straight out of the 16L pretty bottle, two servings of it: it tasted like watered down Sprite. Not much other character, and it was quite refreshing, despite the fact it didn’t remind me of beer. I was sure to check around and make sure others were drinking it too, didn’t wanna be that fruity candy-bottomed suburbanized boy at the races.... or at least I didn’t want it to be obvious. Cheers to Bud for helping me associate beer with this memorable experience! (Mouthfeel was soda-like, no idea about the color, aroma was limey, which was nice, it covered any and all rice/adjunct notes.)

Mar. 2010 - It was free so I drank most of it. It was immensely carbonated with an artificial lime-like flavor. There wasn’t much taste, but what there was was artificial and even slightly tart, moderately sweet. Really not good. The first macro that I’ve ever had that I really couldn’t even finish.

Smells like lime, and guess what taastes like lime, like watery limeinade (no spell check on beer pal, and no real brain in my head), but all around, easy to drink, seems like a quarenteed hangover, wouldnt buy, glad i tried, lime + beer, sometimes has its merits in theroy.... but not down with this brew. Yay!

I wasn't going to review this, but the review was in my pile of notes. THis was a bad beer by all accounts and using any standards anyone can think of. Avoid at all costs!
