Amber beer inspired by English bitter, and a strong American "cascade" hop, Lilith is clear with light beige, dense and persistent froth. The fresh fruity citrus scent gives it a taste of grapefruit and resin, balanced with appealing candied malts and a bitter final to leave your mouth dry and clean, ready for further sips. An arrogant beer, but also delicate and refreshing.

Opaque orange, big off-white lasting, lacing foam head. Hoppy aroma with fair number of fruity tones. Bitter taste, grapefruit notes, long lasting aftertaste. Nice. (Cagliari 201603)

Had a large bottle at Pub Italia and shared with my better half. In a huge chalice glass, pours a thick frothy beige head and sticks around for a while. Aromas of earthy and resin hops, toffee and sweet malts. Flavours are mainly bready malts, citrus and earthy hops, a little bit of spices. Some notes of grapefruit and even melons in the mix. Smooth and silky mouthfeel. Easy going down.
