An excellent belgian ale. Great pour resulting in a thick white head. Has a great scent with strong hoppy flavor. An great taste is perfect with its smooth feel.

Dark brown colour with a slim head. Excellent aroma; burnt sugar, sweet malts, caramel - please taste as good - yes! - as for the aroma plus dark fruits. Lightly carbonated, excellent full bodied mouthfeel. Great stuff.

On tap at the brewery in Brugge: Served in a trappist glass with a good 1 ½ inch of head with good retention. Aroma is very interesting with some sweet notes mix with a nice choice of malt. It seems that the beers from this brewery are way more interesting when drank freshly from the tap then when they are bottled and sent overseas.

Maroon brown with a big white head. Bland nutty aroma. Nutty taste with some chalkiness and rubber glove bitterness.

Wow that aroma! Smells of cherries, raisins, caramel, oranges, etc. One of the best aromas I've smelt in a beer! Pours dirty brown with no head to speak of. Flavor is caramel, raisins, and a slight alcohol taste. The flavor is much less complex than the aroma. Mouthfeel is a little syrupy and sticky with a decent body. A different but nice Belgian
