With a slight malty back bone to support its modrate bitterness, the focus is left to showcase the unique aromas and flavours of the hop cone. Galaxy is an Australian hop known for it's big tropical fruit aromas of passionfruit, mango and pinapple. With a slightly grassy finish, this hop provides an extremely unique experience.
