The beer pours a slightly hazed medium gold colour with a lot of effervescence and a thin creamy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, noble hops, and light yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is biscuit malt, light sweet caramel hints, and a bitter finish. A nicely done Canadian made Helles.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with an amber hue. Nice frothy, kind of creamy warm cap that stays a while and leaves creamy lacing waves. Fruity aromas over the caramel base malts. Almost jam-like with some hints of spices. The taste shows some strawberry notes as well. Some decent cereal background with enough hops to cut the sweetness and make this one a very enjoyable Munich lager.
