We hit this one with a Double Dry Hopping of fresh Citra along with a new hop, Zumo. Zumo is a hop we’ve been eager to try since last year, after our friends at KCBC raved about it during our collaboration brew. It’s a fresh variety from @segalhopranch—the same grower behind another new favorite of ours, Anchovy. Known for its bold lime zest and citrusy flavors, we thought it would pair perfectly with Citra. Pouring this beer in a glass reveals a saturated yellow-orange color liquid and upon tasting we’re finding notes of lemon-lime, orange marmalade, citrus peel, and passion fruit
