Guess I poured this brew down too fast. Gave me a big fat white head that is creamy and heavy thick in lacing. Pretty good retention. Killed the carbonation though that I found in the bottles. Colour is a cloudy golden with amber highlights. Very nice citrus scent, specially grapefruit, and once the brew breathes... malt is detected mildly. The taste is fruity on the citrus side as well, with grapefruit in the forefront and a touch of honey. Really not too sweet, but just right. Extremely refreshing and very low in alcohol.... I could drink many of these, like I did tonight after buying this six pack at the LCBO.

Sampled at the good beer festival. This is only classified as a beer because it is a malt beverage brewed with citus oils and juices added after fermentation. It has a cloudy yellow look..no head, lots of big bubbles...high carbination like a spritzer. Odors of grapefruit and sweet confectionary smells. same mouth feel you get from an orange crush..grapefruit tastes and sugary with a slight malt accent. Not my drink at all but the ladies seemed to like it....I suppose that was the Brick's market focus. with this summer fruit drink.
