So, the third in the Zodiac series that Brewer's Art is putting together. From what I understand each sign is a pale ale, but a different variation on the style. Too bad I missed the virgo and libra. Pours a clear amber colour with a small white head. Soft floral and pine notes on the nose. Lotsa fresh fruit and a bit of biscuit malt. Taste is suprisingly refreshing yet bitter. Mildly bitter, not too much. Thinkign this may have been more of an english then an american. Well integrated hops. Grass and citrus near the finish. Nice beer!
