A traditional twist on pale ale, this brew finds a symbiotic balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness, with a portion of every keg benfitting the Greater Gallatin Watershed Council, keeping our brewing & recreational waters clean. In an effort to brew truly quaffable pale ale, we have created a series of ever evolving pale ales, known as the Pale Projects. The latest rendition has been renamed to incorporate our friends from the Greater Gallatin Watershed Council and is a true summer session brew, which finds a symbiotic balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. This volume will most certainly not be our last, but will be a benchmark for all future Pale Projects to come. A portion of every keg sold will go to the Watershed Council.
