The Boréale Oktoberfest is inspired by the legendary German Bavarian funfair, offering a brisk character and its final is slightly bitter since we used the typical Bavarian hops ! Prost !

Pours a small amount of foamy bubbly white head but doesn't stay very long. Fairly weak lacing. Has a pale golden amber appearance. Aromas are mild sweet malts, faint hints of caramel and toffee. Flavours of caramel, spice hops, hints of cinnamon. Nothing is too apparent though, all too subtle. Not much punch to it. Sort of a watery mouthfeel. A bit bland.

Third of four new brews by this brewer tonight. Pours a clean amber colour with a smaller warm cap, average retention and a little lacing. Munich malt grain aromas with hints of caramel malts and soda water. The Oktoberfest grain is present in the taste as well, but the sweetness from the caramel malt is a little too powerful and makes this brew not as palatable as other of this style I have had these last few months.
