Big pop of the cork opening this. Pours a nice crystal clear golden amber with a 3 finger head that quickly grows bigger at time goes by. Carbonation is unbelievable and reminds me of a Trappist brewed beer. Aroma is very similar to an Abby style as well, very bready with a sweet raisin aroma. The bottle has about an eighth inch of sediment in the bottom so you just have to pour carefully. Taste is fairly strong and consists of fruity sweetness, light spice, and an unfortunate metallic taste. About halfway through this glass and the head is not going down and the carbonating is leveling off. Aftertaste reminds me of fresh spring water. I dig this beer.
