This west coast style pale ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in colour. The malts used to create this beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima valley's most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a 'hop head', hop on!!!
