300 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in the original BKP designed stemmed glass a slight hazy and ( jantarova ) mahogany-brown coloured Märzen with a short two fingers light beige and dense pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is toasted malts and fruity, mandarin, oranges. The flavour is toasted malts and a river of overriped juicy fruits, mandarin, oranges. The mouthfeel is quite thick and the alcohol well hidden. This medium to full bodied Märzen has a dry fruity finish. A beautiful feeling with this Special built on a solid juicy fruitys backbone. I like it.
