Pšenièé pivo nefiltrované, bavorského typu vyznaèující se silným øízem a plností, slabou a jemnou hoøkosti a pøedevším typickou slabì banánovou a høebíèkovou vùní a chutí. Vhodné pøedvevším k zahnání žíznì a únavy a k lehkým dezertù. Optimální teplota pro konzumaci je 8°-10°C. Složení : voda, jeèné slady, pšenièný slad, chmelové produkty.

300 ml, on tap at the brewery, and 1 000 ml PET bottle. Poured in the original BKP designed beer mug an unfiltered and opaque golden-orange coloured Hefeweizen with a slightly beige one finger fine foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, light spicy, cloves and juicy fruits, oranges, citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, oranges, citrus and notes of spices, cloves. The mouthfeel is sparkling and very smooth. This light bodied Hefeweizen has a dry fruity finish. A pleasant and nice tasting Hefeweizen from the young B K P in Praha. Altough called a Hefeweizen " bavorského typu " by the brewer, this Pšeničné seems to be, for me, more in the Begian way, so a Wit beer.
