700 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Břevnovský Klašter beer mug an unfiltered and almost clear orange-brown coloured I P with a generous one finger light beige creamy, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles.Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, caramel tones, riped fruits, pears and herbal hops. The flavour is intense sweety malts, caramel, brown sugar, riped fruits, pears and emerging herbal hops. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick, a bit sticky and light sirupy. This medium to full bodied I P has a long bitter-sweet finish. "My " first Imperial Pilsener and I'm not at all disappointed ! It's a well flavoured Lager with a lingering aftertaste, I enjoy !
