A modern evolution of the West Coast Pale Ale. Using newer varieties of hops versus the classic combinations used over the last decade. This beer will push the Orange, Tangerine, and pine flavours by using only whirlpool hopping and dry hopping. The hops chosen were both American hops Amarillo and Azacca which produce huge fruit flavours. We fermented this using the same yeast we use for Hazy IPAs to keep some suspended hop oils and dry hop it similarly to give it a hybrid look between a classic West Coast and a Hazy Pale.
