Pours a huge frothy creamy white head and has a slightly hazy golden amber appearance. Some dirty lacing remains. Floral and yeasty aromas, citrus grassy hops. Flavours are mainly citrus hops and some yeasty notes as well. Has some very subtle hints of lemon in there also. Average carbonation. Good retention. A slick and drying mouthfeel. Quite refreshing.

A decent draft beer. Quite a bit of haze on this one. Lots of yeast in the aroma, definitely some spices, possibly clove, and bread malts. It tastes alright with some definite citrus and spices up front. Finish is quite bitter!

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is white, creamy, everlasting. Aromas of Belgian Ale yeast, cloves, wheat giving banana notes and light citrus-grassy hops. The taste is a little tarty with hints of oranges and mild cereal grains that lingers. Some mild grass bitterness does come out with time, but it seems the yeast tarts up things a little too much. A nice brew, but a little too much wheat for the style, and not enough citrusy hops. Beautiful looking though.

The beer pours a hazed metallic gold with a thin snow white head. Aroma is funky grains, yeast, and acidic herbs. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is yest, funky grains, and weak spicy notes. -

On tap @ Bent Elbow - taps a shimmering hazy light gold color with a puffy 2 finger cap. Pleasant aroma of spice, biscuit and some fruitiness. Nice malt spine but still bright and quenching. Nice mix of biscuit malt and spicy hops in front, a wee bit of citrus then it goes to a dry, lightly bitter finish. Very fresh, bright and approachable.- good session ale . A decent saison and a good first effort by this brewer.
