A classic Pale Ale brewed with 2-row and pale malts, and Cascade, Comet, Chinook, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops. This dry-hopped pale ale takes its name from the Yallarhammer Pavilion, one of the most iconic gathering sites on the Farm with a strong tie to our fly fishing program. Bursting with bold and fresh hop aromas, but light enough for a session, it’s a beer for all seasons

    Pours clear bright yellow with a thick ivory head. Aroma presents resiny hops and fresh malt, not strong but inviting. Flavor features crisp fresh malt, piney hops, tangy tropical and citrus hints. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Hammer away.
