One of our most conventional beers, High Esteem is akin to a pale ale with a few twists. A touch of rye, a dash of honey, and a generous dry hopping add up to make High Esteem a refreshing mix of flowers and spice. A great beer to cut the 100-degree Austin heat. 5% abv.

Small off white head,lightly hazy golden yellow body. Sweet tart aroma, slightly lemony. Starts mineraly, slightly floral through the middle. Moderately bitter finish, not much citrus. Medium body. Alcohol not very noticeable. Lingering bitter aftertaste.

Their staple beer, and its good too .. . Pours an amber gold .. great lacing from a pillowy white head .. smooth stuff, clean slick finish .. . sap and pine .. . i like .. . . El roacho.
