Light amber in colour, brewed with 100% birch sap and a mixture of pale and crystal malts. This APA has medium body, it's refreshing and hoppy with very smooth finish. Birch sap adds in an extra layer of complexity to the beer profile, adding light sweetness and toasty notes, we think this one is a winner!
