08.03.05 Tap at brewpub. Totally clouded pale yellow with a thick but oddly vanishing head. Light citrus aromas, mild banana and spice. Bit sweet and wet. It’s like this brewery has taken a turn away from flavor in their beers, because the older ratings for all the styles are much more favorable than what I was drinking.

Poured an opaque yellow, orange color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma or bananas, sweet bubblegum, phenols and clove. Taste of lemon tartness, light clove spiciness, bitter hoppiness, and a dry, straw, rather bland finish. Certainly lacking flavor.
