This beer is a fine amber colored, all-malt-lager, which possesses a modest bitterness and clean aroma. The product is crafted in the traditional Bavarian manner and resembles the Marzen-type Oktoberfest Biers as they are served at the fall festivities in Munich. Available September - October

Very nice Oktoberfest from Berghoff. Pours an amber/red with a light tan head. Plenty of lace on this beer with a clean finish with subtle nutty notes.

Pours a clear amber with a moderate off-white head. Nose of sour apples and cooked veggies. Uneven mouthfeel; at times sour and rough, then sweet and smooth. Sweet-sour flavors of cider and caramel nut. MUSIC: 'Einzug Der Musikanten' by Karl Barthel mit Seiner Bavaria Brass Band

Poured a light copper color though slightly cloudy with a medium head that dissapated quickly leaving moderate lacing. I pride myself in judging Oktoberfest Marzens and this one while much better then most american Oktoberfests lacked the substantial flavor of a German Oktoberfest. Definetly worth a try. A very good Marzen brew from America's second oldest brewery.

A decent marzen that pours a somewhat copperish colour, aromas of thrift store and a bowling alley after league night. A lighter mouthfeel and finishes with a bready taste.

This beer was copper colored with a minimal head and a toasty malt aroma. Semisweet and caramely flavor with some vanilla and a hint of sourness that I have noticed with a couple other Huber beers. The finish was smooth and faintly hoppy. Pretty good brew.

One of my favorite oktoberfest beers. It has a great flavor and goes down quite smooth. I will definetely grab a few of these this fall.
