A traditional pale ale with an Irish twist. Deep golden appearance. Brewed with honey malt for color, oats for a modest mouthfeel, and local farm produced honey which provides honey overtones, but not overly sweet. Irish ale yeast adds complexity and a pleasing hop profile on the back end that lingers slightly. Our honey is sourced from our farm and other local apiarists. Five galloons of fresh honey is added per 30 barrels of product.
