When you're really stuck, it sucks. Our hoppy pale ale is brewed with German pilsner malt, Caracrystal wheat malt, and oats. Slightly bitter with German magnum and Amarillo hops, then lightly dry hopped with a newer hop variety, Idaho 7. It;s profile consists of orange and apricot with hints of black tea, fruity, tropical, and light citrus, and ripe papaya and marmalade.
