500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Becher Bräu Bavarian Seidel a clear dark amber-chesnut coloured beer with a generous two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, hay, notes of chocolate. The flavour is grainy toasted malts, corn, notes of dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is crispy, round and a bit oily. This light to medium bodied beer has a dry slight bitter finish. A Festbier which is not really encouraging to a party !
