Enjoyed at the Loon. Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white head, decent retention with good lacing. Grapefruit hoppy aromas with beautiful oak wood notes. Citrus zest taste with nice bitterness, dryness with hints of vanilla and wine grapes. A very nice pale ale to start with, and then the Vidal oak just adds a beautiful touch.

On tap at Bowman's Bar and Grill. Pours a good size frothy off-white head and has a slightly cloudy orangey appearance. Nice thick dirty lacing. Aromas of floral and piney hops, a bit yeasty and some bready malts. Flavours are quite hoppy, lots of floral notes above all, but also some bready and lighter type malts. Very subtle boozy hints. Crisp and dry mouthfeel, some bitterness on the palate. Oak aged notes are more noticeable in the finish. Pretty good.
