Hazy dark brown. No head. Vague aroma of sweet coffee and dark fruit. Roasty full flavour of coffee beans, vanilla and dried plums. Small hints of rum. Salty finish. Tasty.

Bottle from Waitrose, Bath. Dark brown, almost opaque with no head. Aroma has fruit, malt, coffee and alcohol. Taste is sweet, liquorice and roasty. Medium to full bodied with a not entirely pleasant oiley mouthfeel.
