Brewed to remember Catherine (the tragic queen, wife of Henry VIII) passing through Ampthill on her last journey. A beautiful tangy citrus beer with a lingering bitter finish. Using Pearl Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Roast Barley and Fuggle Hops.
