Relax and go back to a time when things were slower and you didn't even know what millenium meant. Our German style lager is SLOWLY fermented and aged to give it a smooth rich lagered taste. Classic Noble hops and a lager yeast strain are used to impart true European characteristics.

Poured a cloudy yellow brown color with a thin, white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of dough, grass and citrus hops, and some caramel malts. Taste of more dough, grassy hops, and light toffee malts.

A lager very similar to a European pilsner. Golden appearance with a nice head. Flavor was slightly bitter. Very clean and refreshing. This would make an excellent session lager when you are in the mood for something lighter.
