This beer is brewed in Mid Winter and left alone to mellow until the spring. We used 4 different malts including lots of Vienna and Munich to achieve the propoer body and straw like color. We also used German Tettnanger & Hallertau hops to give this Lager a medium bitterness, tradionally low, but we went medium for the American Hophead Palate. Great for the Desert.

I had this as part of a sampler. It poured golden and had a very nice malty flavor. I thought it was very well done. I didn't think it would pair well w/ the bbq'd ribs I was going to have (I went w/ the schwarzbier) otherwise I would have gotten a pint.
