The base of this beer is our Picacho Pecan Pie Brown Ale which is a Northern English Brown Ale w/ local Green Valley Pecans, vanilla beans, maple syrup, and whole pecan pies. We then aged it for 7 months in maple syrup bourbon barrels with mixed culture. This beer is a unique melding of pecans, prompt acidity, vanilla, sweet maple syrup, and bourbon.

Jan. 2018: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy brown colour, off-white head. Pleasant vinous aroma, notes of oak, red wine vinegar, raisins, pecan nuts / pecan pie. Vinegary and medium sour flavour, notes of oak and pecan nuts.
