Feb. 2015: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar,Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Hazy pale golden colour (I shook the bottle vigorously to get all the sediment dissolved, which almost certainly enhances the flavour), large white head. Aroma of newmown grass and herbs, a hint of citrus. The flavour is fresh, wheaty-like and citrussy, very refreshing. Some herbal hops, but not very bitter. A great summer beer!

A cloudy yellow colored beer with a small foamy textured, white head rising briefly above. It setles into a moderately impressive soapy ringlet. Sweet bready malt in the nose. Add grassy hops to that in the tasting. Moderate, smooth body. Good drink.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Smell is of malts, some sweetness. Taste is crisp, sweet, malty, some grains. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing beer on a hot day.
