This is a special top fermented wheat beer, a Bavarian style. In addition to barley malt, wheat malt is used in the production of this beer. Thanks to the top fermenting yeast we can find traces of cloves and banana taste in this beer. Amount of hop is lower. Wheat beer is generally more subtle, very drinkable and it " quenches " the thirst well in hot weather. Characteristics are : higher CO2 content and dense durable foam. We recommend enhancing the flavour with a slice of lemon to add light acidity.

400 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in the original Antoš becher an unfiltered and hazy orange-brown coloured Weizen with a short two fingers light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, bread and a touch of fruits, citrus. The flavour is yeast, wheaty malts, bread, fruity, strong green apples, citrus, pears and a banana hint. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This light to medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry malty and fruity finish. An easy drinkable Hefeweizen.
