This beer is our contribution to the increasingly popular category of semi-dark ( garnet ), bottom fermented beers. Its pleasant slighter bitterness is in perfect harmony with the light taste of caramel, especially appreciated by women. Copper color is pleasing to the eye of every lover of good beer.

300 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and light hazy rich burgundy coloured Pivo with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is light roasted malts, caramel and strong biscuits. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel and a moderate grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is very smooth and the texture quite watery. This light to medium bodied Pivo has a dry malty finish. Tasting a Pivo, on tap at the brewery, is always a nice pleasure.
