This copper beer will deliver a blast of hops with every guzzle. We add hops at four stages during the brew including dry hopping, which leaves this pale with a floral aroma.

Sampled on draught: Poured a clear, bright copper colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral accented, fresh cut lemon and caramel. Taste is of firm hop flavors, grapefruit and grass.

This is a very interesting APA; it seems more like an Amber Ale or even a Vienna Lager in some respects. It is full and smooth on the palate, and the initial flavors are of semi-sweet, deep caramel malt with just a touch of mild hops, but the excellent finish is crisp and hop-bitter. It poured a clear, deep amber color with a thick, foamy, cream colored head with small bubbles, great retention and good lacing. The nose is floral hops with mild caramel. This beer is well-balanced, superbly flavored, and wonderfully drinkable. But, just not what you'd expect from an APA.
