a little too heavy on the biscuit malt for me to consider a standout. Otherwise a nicely balanced and fine tuned sessionable pale ale. Light but not watery, fairly fruity with citrus and hints of tropical and floral notes as well.

Bright golden yellow body, a thick foamy head when poured into the glass goes away somewhat quickly. West coast hops, citrus, pineapple, dank hop aroma, a solid malt backbone that gives this beer a well rounded aroma. Flavors of citrus notes, pineapple, chives, and biscuity malts, smooth taste. Mouthfeel is medium, not to thick but solid. Overall its a good beer from Anderson Valley that hits exactly where they were aiming for.

A bold golden colored beer with a small, two fingered, fluffy textured white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. Moderate ringlet is left. Grassy hops dominate the nose. As it warms some citrus-grapefruit hops are added to the grassiness in the tasting. A nice balance of caramel malt makes this dry, crisp bodied ale a sessionable drink.
