355 ml bottle, from Prima Beer, Hobro. ABV is 6.5%. Amber colour, moderate off-white head. Pleasant aroma of tropical fruits (fruity hops), hints of perfume and exotic woodwork, also spicy notes. Hoppy and moderately sweet flavour, notes of grapefruit as expected, but also earthy, spicy and herbal notes, with hints of blackcurrant leaves. Bitter aftertaste. Is this a blend of English and American hops?

Pours clear coppery amber with a very thick buff head that pillows a little. Aroma is not strong, but promises with citrus and hoppy notes. Flavor is bolder, hoppy and malty with some woody bitterness and a little bit of sour citrus. Mouthfeel has OK body and strong, persistent fizz. Get anchored!

Clear copper with light brown lasting lacing foam head. Nice hoppy aroma, bitter taste with little smokey tones. Long lasting bitter aftertaste, good beer. (Velp 201412)

The Aroma was nice. The body was thin, and the taste was not the best. The color was a nice light amber, overall i had higher expectations from Anchor.I would pass on this next time.

1.99. A copper colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising smartly above. Good hang time on the head. Lots of thick film and a thinner ringlet are left. Citrus, grassy nose and more so in the tasting. Not overbearing. Smooth creaminess.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden copper with a huge creamy off-white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is odd - leathery plasticky malts with some sweet caramel, green apple and some floral perfumey hops.
The flavor is sweet crystal malts with some odd apple fruit and a lot of floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, I didn't care for this - green apple and floral perfumey hops. -

Deep amber body, mid sized head that leaves some lace behind. Aroma is mostly malts with a slight floral and citrus presence. Mouthfeel was slightly sticky and full. Flavor is all about the sweet bready malts, the hops come through as bitterness, an unpleasant bitterness at that. Wont try it again.

A nice nuanced IPA that kinda snuck up on me. More like the NW pale ales I've been drinking than your typical west coast bruiser of an IPA, but lots of flavors and aroma going on just under the surface. Slightly sweet and earthy malt, light citrus and tropical fruit, and some florals. Well put together. Between a 3.9 & 4.0.
