750 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Hazy brown colour, big to moderate off-white head. Moderate "dusty" aroma, hints of wood and yeast, just a touch of smoke. Soft and pleasant mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of oak / wood and mild spices, hints of smoke, a decent hoppy bitterness in the finish. Smoke in the aftertaste.

Pours out in a hazy pale amber colour with a low firm white foam. Toasty and peaty aroma with notes of crackers. Medium-bodied with touches of peat, dough, yeast and licorice. Mild finish of doughy yeast and licorice.
