This Settling In variant is conditioned on a boatload of bananas and cacao nibs to highlight Ecuador in all its beauty. The banana and cacao integrate perfectly with the blend of chocolate malts and lactose that we use in the base beer. For context, Portoviejo is the capital city in the Ecuadorian province of Manabí that is rich in natural resources like bananas and cacao. It is also the city where Tania’s Abuelita grew up. This beer was made with her in mind and her love of sweet, rich drinks anytime day or night!
