In the quest for great beer, there can be no excuses: you have to give All or Nothing. We’ve put all of our efforts behind our flagship beer, the All or Nothing Hopfenweisse. A lightly-hopped, highly sessionable wheat beer, All or Nothing is like nothing you’ve seen before. Golden in colour, with a sparkling foamy head, the first sniff reveals notes of banana and bubblegum. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find hints of tropical fruit and a touch of citrus. When you finally bring that glass to your lips, you’ll be delighted by how the sweet and refreshing fruitiness is followed by more assertive tropical hops, creating a delightful hybrid of Hefeweizen and west-coast Pale Ale flavours. Unlike some other wheat beers, All or Nothing is brewed without added sugars or flavours. Using 3 types of malt and 4 varieties of hops, we’ve crafted a beer that is complex yet approachable, refreshing yet bold, and always delicious. Try us today, we think you’ll agree! Note: Known as 'Underdog's Brewhouse All Or Nothing Hopfenweisse' until December 1, 2015

Can. Colour – dark golden orange, hazy, frothy off-white head which lasts. Aroma – wheat, earthy hops, some weak citrus, yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, medium carbonation. Flavour – sweet wehat malt, weak grapefruit notes, and lots of hops in the finish. Quite delicious

Formerly called the Underdog Brewhouse. The beer is in the German hefeweizen class but you wouldn’t know that by looking at it. A translucent light straw colour with a weak thin white ring for a head. Some weak bubblegum and clove notes in the aroma, as well as wheat. The flavour is very grainy, which is unusual for a hefeweizen, with notes of spicy hops and a yeasty finish. Should have been better when you consider this is a one beer brewery

Interesting weird hybrid of a hefe and a pale ale begets a burnt gold - cum- copper colour w/ a big lacy cap. Kind of an all to subtle, ie: weak smell, but that is the only downfall/drawback. Goes down smooth. Almost a little too smooth, if that's possible. Divine.

Cloudy golden-amber colour with huge foamy warm cap, staying a while, delivering fluffy lace. Lots of citrus over the mild wheat in the nose. The taste has the hops this time, over the mild wheat. Wet mouthfeel with a little tart. 4 hops, 3 malts. You can feel the hops but the wheat is lacking a bit. Still, a decent Hopfenweisse. Looks like a homebrew.

Pours a large foamy bubbly off white and has a hazy orangey/light amber appearance. Has thick lacing.Aromas are yeasty, malty and sweet. Flavours are mostly tropical fruits, bananas, lots of fruitiness. Nice strong notes of the yeast, with hints of mild spices. Quite smooth and silky mouthfeel.

The beer poured a slightly hazed dark metallic gold with a snow white head. The aroma was wheat, weak citrus, and spice. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was wheat, with a definite citrus tang. Very enjoyable.
