Brewed to fuel the Coopers through many a drunken chant, this Amerian pale ale starts as you may expect, with flavoring doses of Simcoe and Centennial hops to lend characteristic pine and grapefruit flavors. Then, a little Mosaic got thrown in to add some hop complexity, boost the American flavors, and provide a hint of herbal richness. We also gave this beer a Kentucky signature with sorghum addition in the boil, which shows up as a faint, malty sweetness at the very end of each sip. Available as long as we have #SocceratSlugger.

Pours clear golden ambr with a typical eggshell head. Malty and hoppy aroma has a barbecue overtone. Flavor starts with slightly sweet malt and adds fruity, barbecue and subtle hoppy tones. Texture is firm, smooth and slightly fuzzy. Get on the ball!
