A deep gold colored beer with a large, creamy, persistent lacy head. Sweet orange bread malt-forward in the aroma. Orange malt-foarward and bread on the palate with a huge velvety mouthfeel that hides the 8% ABV. Well-balanced Doppelbock! Little-to-no detectable hops. Overall, this is a good American version of this style.
