Back from my 2023 spring Vermont trip, so will take a break rating a local brew. Lightly hazed, copper brown colour with caramel-golden highlights. The head is beige, big, decent lasting and leaving foamy-chunky patches all over the glass. Mild roasted malts aromas with a touch of coconut, chocolate, even hints of vanilla. The taste shows a bit of the same, again on the mild side. The finish has the hoppy-dryness effect, and grassiness is left on the tongue. More of a hopped-up porter, than a coconut one.
