Murky orange with white head. Aroma contains some citrus and caramel with a floral presence. Flavor is rather bitter but well balanced with some grapefruit and oranges. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Overall a nice session beer.

Pours a nice clear amber with a fairly thick off-white head. Aroma is not strong, but does have good malty and hoppy notes and just a hint of pear. Flavor is more hoppy than malty, more like an IPA, fairly but not ferociously bitter, with a whisper of fruity sweetness. Texture has about average body but plenty of sass and fizz. Though not outstanding, it is a worthy brew.
