5 Rabbit Paletas Frozen Guava Pop 5 Rabbit plans to release a series of beers it is calling Paletas, named for the frozen pops often sold as street food in Hispanic neighborhoods. Paletas will be a series of draft-only low-alcohol wheat beers that will each feature a different fruit and spice component.

A strange colored beer. Very cloudy, creamy dirty ehite body with a small frothy textured white head rising above. There's no hang time on the head. And there's no lacing afterward. Muted nose but in the overall profile this one is all about guava, guava juice. That's okay if it is juice you want. A little effervescence going on, but not impressively so.
