We brewed a New England Black IPA, which may be a first that we know of! You can call it a black New England IPA if you like. Or even just a Black IPA. It's OK. We don't mind! Just let us know what you think of it! You're going to taste a lot of pine notes in this one; the kind that you only get when you combine roasted malts and citrusy hops. We also used a ton of oats, soft water, and low-bittering hops to give the beer that big, soft New England quality and a lightly bitter finish.
