I’m so glad another craft brewery has opened in Atlanta! Pours a beautiful, somewhat hazy golden with a vestigial ivory head, but the latter must be how the bartender poured it. Malty aroma has a strong fruity overtone and a firm, woody note of hops. Flavor, though not quite bold, bursts with malt, hops and apple plus pear and floral hints. Mouthfeel is firm, fizzy and smooth. Roll, Eventide, roll!
