This is a very rich and roasty porter. There’s plenty of chocolate in there along with a honey sweetness. The only problem is that it’s too sweet. This would be delicious as an apertif or to sip a small snifter’s worth as a nightcap on a cold night, but I’m not sure I could make it past a full pint of this. I only had the twelve ounce pour and I was starting to struggle by the end of it.
