Three dolla pints of this and Two Hearted at Wild Wing Cafe bout got my ass in a sling. This poured a dark amber color with a white head. The aroma contains a bit of the peat, alcohol, caramel, toffee. This one is big and malty with some caramel, toffee, and a bit of roastiness. There is a big of alcohol showing in the finish. Overall good beer!

Tasting Notes - On Tap at Brick Store in Atlanta at a 2012 Premire. This poured a dark amber color with a beige head. The aroma is full of citrus, caramel, and some dark fruit. The flavor is very bitter like an Impy IPA with many malty aspects of an amber ale. This is well balanced and tasty. Overall this is a good beer.

This poured an amber color with a white head. The aroma contains lots of citrus notes like lemons with some caramel and toffee notes. The flavor is a bit boozy backed up with a ton of hops. There is a malt character hanging around. This is almost like a 50/50 American and English Barleywine split. Overall a little confused but drinkable.

Cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is funky with some barnyard, vinegar and lemons. The flavor is slightly sour with some lemons and vinegar. A little bit of aged cheese going on there. Finish is a bit dry and dusty. Overall a nice wild beer.

Brown color with an off white head. Aroma is complex with alcohol, dark fruits, wine qualities, cherries, figs, spices. The flavor is big and sweet with dark fruit and chocolate showing up. A bit of oak in there. Caramel also I missed that one. No rookie weak sauce here. Overall nice sipper.

The flavor is very sour but balanced with some raisins and grapes along with cherries and a hint of citrus for the sour. The aftertaste is also tart with a malt finish. Overall this is a nice beer.

This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contains a ton of lemon and pine. The flavor is very bitter with a huge bitch smack of lemon and more pine. Not much malt going on here but sometimes malt is not welcomed. This is no beginner IPA, hopheads only please!

This poured a dark brown color with a beige head. The aroma contained some toffee, caramel, and milk chocolate. The flavor is rather malty and sweet with more caramel and chocolate showing up. This is a nice rich brown ale in the Rogue Hazelnut category of them. Yeah I said it. Good!

Pitch black with almost no head. Aroma contains some roasted coffee, licorice, burnt wood, and dark chocolate. The flavor is bitter with some coffee, sour grapes, and licorice. The smoke is there but not overwhelming. The palate is a bit thin with an oily texture. Overall this is not a bad smoked porter.

This poured a brown color with a reddish hue. The flavor contains some cherries and vinegar notes. The flavor is slightly sour but nothing like the regular Petrus. Some cherries and malty notes with dark fruit are present. Overall this was a pretty good beer.

This poured a solid black color with a beige head. The flavor contains some licorice, coffee, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is rather bitter with some coffee, dark chocolate, and licorice. The alcohol does make itself known in the finish. Overall a BIG but nice impy stout.

This poured a brownish red color. The flavor contains some toffee, nutmeg, and cherries. The flavor is quite sour with some cherries and vinegar notes showing up. This is somewhat offset by the presence of caramel and maltiness in there. Aftertaste is mostly sour. Overall a great beer!
