Dark amber color with an off white head. Aroma contains some citrus, dark fruit, cherries, and caramel. The flavor is somewhat bitter but also malty. There are IPA elements with the pine and citrus but also some cherries, caramel, and molasses element. Well balanced beer. Nice!

Amber color with a beige head. The aroma contains some citurs, spices, and some vinegar notes? The flavor is not a hop bomb but more of a sour bomb. I get some citrus, caramel, but also some vinegar and sour notes. Is this on purpose? Well it works ok. Overall its pretty good.

A golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some citrus and spices. The flavor is somewhat bitter with some pine and citrus but also a bit earthy, Some corinander and banana going on. This is a light but hoppy IPA. Good for summer.

Rating #2500 .... A golden color with a white head as expected. The aroma smells like pee and corn. So far this isn’t going well. The flavor is rather mild for jacked up ABV malt liquor. I expect that harsh paint thinner like burn but none of that here. The flavor is slightly sweet with corn, cooked veggies, and a bit of creamy mouthfeel. I fear I might be talking myself into liking this. Its still pretty bad but Im not making a face with every sip. And that is the criteria I go for in this style.

This poured an orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemon, pine, and grapefruit. The flavor was bitter but had a malt presence with some caramel showing up with the citrus. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. Overall pretty good session IPA.

This poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma contains some faint citrus and spice. The flavor contains mostly some slight lemon flavors and not much else. This is more like a witbier. Overall it’s ok but a little too petite.

Appearance on this one was black with a beige head. The aroma contains some milk chocolate and coffee. The flavor is very malty and sweet with some milk chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Some bitterness in the finish. Overall a really good beer even in the summer.

The flavor is full of citrus and spices with a hint of the funk going on. The finish is rather sour. Overall more funky than a regular saison, kinda like me.

Interestingly odd beer here. This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contains citrus, spices, and perfume. The flavor is more boozy than bitter with some white grapes, citrus, and a creamy mouthfeel. A tripel and IPA hybrid going on here but leaning more toward tripel IMO. Overall pretty good beer.

A golden color with a white head. The aroma contains mostly watermelon, lemons, and spices. The flavor of watermelon is oddly not overwhelming and there is also some citrus in there. Served with a big ass slice of watermelon! Nice! Overall different and pretty good beer.

On tap at the Irish Pub as a change of pace deal. A light golden color with a white head. The aroma is you guessed it apple. The flavor is rather sweet with more apples. No complexity here just a straight up cider. I like straight up ciders ok.
